Overview
The UX-Lab at Haute École Arc is a user testing laboratory dedicated to analysing user experiences across a wide range of products, including digital interfaces and industrial equipment. The lab’s mission is to support companies and research teams in optimising ergonomics, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring that solutions align with end-user needs.
My role in this project
I played a key role in the creation and ongoing management of the UX-Lab. My responsibilities included conceptualising the project, selecting the tools and methodologies required, and coordinating its setup. Today, I oversee the lab’s operations, collaborating with partners to design, conduct, and analyse user tests, whether in the field or in a controlled environment.
